The inspiration for this chair came whilst the designers were wandering around a Bulgarian market and they saw a small foldable basket. They interpretated the mechanism both technically and visually to create this great foldable chair, the simple design not only makes the chair highly practical but also creates a sculptural object whether folded or open.

The Moooi Clip chair is produced in solid beech in a choice of black or white.
